TREATMENT DEPOSITS  
Please note that deposits for services booked online or multiple services are non-refundable, however, they are transferable. If you must cancel or reschedule appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment time. If there is a “no-show” for any service the deposit will be forfeited, and another deposit will be required prior to future bookings of these services as the service room and provider still need to be paid for. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 
At the Pear Beauty Spa, we only sell the highest quality products. If a product is unopened, it may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase date. If a product has been opened, we cannot accept it back as we cannot get a refund from our suppliers. We are a very small business and rely on retail sales. 

GIFT CARD PURCHASE POLICY 
Gift cards purchased in store or online are redeemable for services and/or product purchases. Gift cards do not expire, are non-transferable, and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. A gift card may be used multiple times until the value is depleted. Our booking system keeps track of all purchases and visits. Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
